Meet the Team!

The Inflatable World team: Zach, Tony, Matt, Fiona, Granit, Pauline, James & Lissie and Buddy the dog

Matt - Director

Matt ran a successful hire company for 15 years before selling it in 2019 and brings a wealth of experience from a hirer's point of view. He deals with the commercial side of things for inflatable World, looking at sales, doing the marketing and Social Media and speaking with our valued customers to confirm their orders.

Granit - Director

Granit has worked for inflatable World for 20 years so he knows our inflatables inside out. His eye for detail and skill in manufacturing inflatables makes him the perfect person to look after the production side of things. You'll find him in the factory making sure all of our inflatables are made to the utmost quality and ensuring we maintain our title as the UK's best manufacturer.

Gavin - Business Development Manager

Gavin has years of sales experience and joined us in 2026. He came to us from Airquee so he had experience of the inflatable industry before joining us. He's often the first person you'll speak to when contacting us. He also works miracles on our social media and marketing.

James - Art Department

James has worked for the company for 21 years. He's the reason Inflatable World's bouncy castles and inflatables look so stunning. All of our artwork is hand-drawn on a state of the art tablet before being printed and laminated. James' imagination and artistic skill is second-to-none in the industry.

Tony - Production

Tony is another valued member of staff who's been with the company for over 20 years. His skill on a sewing machine and knowledge of how an inflatable is built means that everything we make is built to an exacting standard that very few in the industry can match.

Marcin - Production

Marcin joined us in 2026. He's an experienced machinist but had never worked with PVC before. He's quickly learning though.

Kate - Production

Kate joined Inflatable World in 2024. She came to us as an enthusiastic amateur and has quickly picked up the skills needed as a machinist.

Francis - Production

Francis also joined us in 2024. His background is as a tailor and he's bringing those skills to the company as one of our machinists.

Olaf - Production

Olaf is a hirer as well as working for us. If you have any questions about hiring, you can always speak to him. He's worked for us since 2025.

Zach - Production

Zach joined Inflatable World in 2023 and has settled in quickly. He looks after the cutting machine, making sure each inflatable has been cut correctly before going to the sewing team.

Albie - Admin/Production

Albie looks after the paperwork for testing and also works in the factory as a production assistant.

Kieran - Digital Design

Kieran has a product design background and his experience with CAD software is already proving invaluable to the team. If you need a 3D render of what your inflatable is going to look like, then let us know.
